Yesterday, Twitter announced an addition to their Promoted Tweets advertising platform. The enhancement will allow advertisers to serve targeted tweets based on who Twitter users are following. I thought this looked like a cool local networking group for Web professionals and enthusiasts. It’s a great opportunity to get to know other locals in the industry and to gain valuable knowledge on a broad range of social media related topics. The group is called SMB Indianapolis. SMB (Social Media Breakfast) is a networking group of sorts that hosts monthly breakfasts where like minded new-media fans can eat, share, learn and collaborate.
